On 11.02.2015 r. took a places a conference that was inaugurating the project - Hospice- second home for the sick – investment in equipment and medical equipment and skilled personnel in the SPZOP in  Suwałki

The conference was attended by invited guests  and employees of SPZOP , local authorities .

11.10-11.30 – presentation of the project  “ Hospice- second home for the sick – investment in equipment and medical equipment and skilled personnel in the SPZOP in Suwalki “ and the activities of the Fund Norwegian EOG – director Irena Mickiewicz

11.30-12.30 – Lecture “ The situation of palliative care and long-term in Podlaskie” dr n.med.Piotr Jakubów –provincial consultant in palliative medicine

12.30-12.40 - discussion of invited  guests

26 July 2015, during the folklore fair  in the „ Park Konstytucji 3 Maja” in Suwalki , SP ZOP with the project " Hospice second home for the sick - investment in equipment and skilled personnel in the SP ZOP  in Suwalki " will organize an outdoor event for the residents of Suwalki in a specially designed tent nurse, nutritionist and physical therapists will provide information on dealing with chronically ill person at home. During the event, residents will receive guides and books dedicated to caring for the chronically ill.
